Make my C# projects more advanced?

I have made a couple of larger-scale projects. For example, I have created a Voice Assistant and a Security System that streams video to a website. I was wondering if there was any ways to make these more advanced, because they are more beginner projects.

What I have tried:

I have added a Weather System to the Voice Commands, and motion detection to the Cameras. It still is too simple. Any suggestions?

Some suggestions:
- Make it ONVIF compliant
- Make a REST API
- Add recording / playback functionality
- Add a macro system
- Support alarm I/O and sensors
- Make a .NET Core version
