Repeat data in view if return partialview in ajax.beginform MVC

I finish already code ajax.beginform to post data from controller by Partial View
it's get the data very well but
in the view repeat create button and the address is : "Index"

search label : here button

Create ... button
search label : here button

and the data not repeated in the table ?
how to prevent the repeated header in the view if return partial view ?

What I have tried:

1- change the partial view by view ..... not success
2 - change id in the div will set the result in the view to ... table id direct ...not success
