Hi,

I have an installer which install an Outlook plugin. So at the time on installation I am putting a check as a custom action to check whether the Outlook is running or not. If outlook is running i am throwing an InstallException which aborts the installation.

The same check is used at the time of uninstallation also.

The problem is at the time of installation the message is clean.
Eg: Error 1001 <custom message="">

For uninstallation the message is like

Eg:Error 1001 An exception occured while uninstalling. This exception will be ignored and the uninstall will continue. However the application might not be fully uninstalled after the uninstall is complete.-> <custom message="">

Anyone know a way to have message box at install time to show at uninstall time also?
