I are testing VB application having SSTab in Windows 8 OS. SSTab have the "STYLE" property which can take just two values - 0-ssStyleTabbedDialog. - 1-ssStylePropertyPage. I have used 1-ssStylePropertyPage property, but when testing in Win8/Win7 the tabs are difficult to identify as it looks like one when the focus is lost. In case of the ssStylePropertyPage view, the tabs have a very thin white border/line, which blends with the white background (i am subclassing the control to change the back color to white) of the Tab/Form(the issue persists even if the background is different). This leads to the issue of the focused tab not being easily distinguishable. Is there a method by which we can use the same property for SStab and the tabs can be easily distinguished. Any suggestion is greatly appreciated.

** I do not want the other property i.e, 0-ssStyleTabbedDialog for the control.

VB6 has been obsolete for a decade. Be glad it runs on Windows 8 at all

:-) I would prefer it did not... :-) Besides, I think it was obsolete even before it was introduced to the market.
