SharePoint Deployement Problem

Hi,

I'm working under sharepoint controls.
When i try to deploy my project in debug mode it's deployed sucessfully.
But when i try to debug my project in Release mode i'm facing this problem.
This is the error message i'm getting.

Cannot generate serialization assembly E:\xyz\EMS SharePoint Site\lnt.EIPVidhyaDev.EMS\lnt.EIPVidhyaDev.EMS\lnt.EIPVidhyaDev.EMS.XmlSerializers.dll because it already exists. Use /force to force an overwrite of the existing assembly. E:\Naveen\EMS SharePoint Site\lnt.EIPVidhyaDev.EMS\lnt.EIPVidhyaDev.EMS

please help me to resolve this issue.
