Window appears hidden behind Google maps in expanded mode.

On the webpage I'm developing, when I put the map in expanded mode, and make a circle on the map and click the circle button, the window that should appear above the map, it appears hidden behind the map. When I exit from expanded mode, the window appears.

Anyone have any tips on how to solve this problem?
