i need to program instagram bot for posting image by vb .net . i cant find instagram api that has been coded by vb.net or c# . i need a sample with source code.

There are a lot of projects available on the Internet, try Google for "instagram sdk .net" and you will find Instagram Developer site as well as community SDKs that can be used.
