How do I create a speech recognition program that will only recognize one phrase?

I am trying to create a wallpaper in Wallpaper Studio for windows pc, and I want it to act like the Marauders Map from Harry Potter. (As in i say a phrase, and it changes the wallpaper to something else, i.e.: an other image or a video.) How should I do this, I'm brand new to coding, so I don't even know where to start. It does need to be in .json format however.

What I have tried:

Nothing yet, I am brand new to coding as I said in the question.I just need someone to point me to a resource i can use to help, or send me a link to a source code, that will help me.

Then I strongly suggest you forget this and actually learn whatever language you want to use, and practice on some simpler applications. Whatever you choose there are thousands of samples and tutorials available to get you started.
