Is there any Python gui builder that allow me to create a mega and modern drop menubar at the top of my main window?

I am trying to a python GUI builders for creating a simple window that have at the top a mega menu-bar ( its width dimension by default as main window width dimension ) because im going to make an desktop app that uses only keyboard keys no mouse at all, but i cant find any GUI builder for doing that ...

What I have tried:

I treied with PyQt5 and i took a look to other builder but no option to do that ...
