How to export speicific data from datagridview to a specific place in a word document

Hi! all
How can I export specific data from a row in datagridview into a specific place in the word template table instead of exporting the whole datagridview?

Please help me out

What I have tried:

I am able to export entire datagridview contents

Copy the relevant rows to a new datagridview and export that.
