I would like to use Outlook for health tracking. Has anyone developed a form in Outlook that can connect to Excel or MySQL as a database? I'm used to Microsoft HealthVault but I would like to track scheduled meds as well as nutrition and activity. I would also like to add a scheduled task to notify me when recording these are due during the day.

What I have tried:

I am developing a database using MySQL with an Excel data connection.

So, you have to develop an Outlook application to be able to Create an Appointment as a Meeting on the Calendar | Microsoft Docs[^]

If you need to read the values from Excel or MySql database, you have to provide a method which is able to read values from these data sources.
