A Listview + "windows time" = Task Manager!

This is not a good question - we cannot work out from that little what you are trying to do.
Remember that we can't see your screen, access your HDD, or read your mind - we only get exactly what you type to work with. And we have no idea what "time of each window" means, or what difficulties you are having with the ListView. You need to explain this in a lot more detail is you want specific help!

Use the "Improve question" widget to edit your question and provide better information.

"sorry there will be no code to show you"

And there will be no code provided for you.

You need to tell us in much more specific detail what you want to do. Is this one WinForm app with multiple windows ? By "time of each window" what do you mean: how lonng the window has been open ? How much time the user has spent that window active ?

We can't read your mind.

TrackYourTime is an open source time tracker written in C++ that can be used for this purpose: GitHub - Allexin/TrackYourTime: Track Your Time - Cross-platform automated time tracker[^]
You can download the Windows executable here: https://github.com/Allexin/TrackYourTime/releases/download/0.9.2.5/TrackYourTime_0_9_2_5_Win32.zip
