Is there any changes in developing way between ASP.NET core and ASP.NET framwork?

so i know it's a stupid question because im a python developer and i wanna learn asp.net core framwork for market resons

i already know the theoretical defference between asp.net core and asp.net framwork so the problem is:

as i said i wanna lean asp.net core but the resources to learn .net core is less than .net framwork so i decide to learn .net framwork So my question

--is there any changes in programming way or philosophie between developing with asp.net and asp.net core or it's the same thing between those framworks?
--and what do i need to learn after learning asp.net framwork to be good in asp.net core?
