converting from asp to asp.net

is is possible to convert a site coded in asp to asp.net with out physicly have to code it from scratch?

i tried the link you send me and it converted the coding to asp.net but doesn't work?

is there a way to change the coding from asp to asp.net without having to change any of the code?
