How to use progress bar while filling data from DataAdapter to Dataset..

Here is my code..

C#

OleDbCommand cmd = new OleDbCommand(" Some Query ", con);
            OleDbDataAdapter da = new OleDbDataAdapter(cmd);

            DataSet ds = new DataSet();
            da.Fill(ds, "customer");            
            dataGridView1.DataSource = ds.DefaultViewManager;            
            dataGridView1.DataMember = "customer";
