I have created a management system for small businesses using c++.

1. What is the best price for this software to sell it online.
2. What is your feedback about this software ? What need to change or improve?

How much do you want to pay for the advice? :-)
OK, forget it. I think this is off-topic.

I think you should sell it for free .. A lot of ERPs and CRMs are open source and free

We can't answer that: the "best price" is what the market will pay. And it doesn't look like a unique item - there are existing products out there at little or no cost.
There may not be enough to make it worth marketing it and arranging to charge for it.

Interesting piece of code, but I think it covers a too narrow angle of a business activity. Businesses tend to pay for integrated solutions, or pay for custom or customized ones. If you know of a market gap you targeted, you will need a more direct marketing. I think you might be more successful by giving the application for free, but charging for support and customization - but that means you will have to give good support.
The fact that you believe, that people are willing to pay for it, does not mean they really do :(

Actually, there is much more items outside. You can refer to sourceforge.com [^] and you may find lots of that stuff. Or you can just upload yours as no-commercial one to see if it is popular among the market.
