How to maintain the Asp.Net Website from Admin Panel.

I have created a Website in Asp.Net, C# and Database as SqlServer 2005. This is Static and Dynamic Website.

In this website On Master page i have Scrolling Text, Scrolling Images.

Suppose, if i want to change the images or Scrolling text without touching the code part. Just i want to add new images or new scrolling text. How should i do from admin.

Please help me, Just I want to maintain it from admin panel, By the way am the admin for this website.
