I have Interest In .Net but somebody told me that java i better and it has higher job opportunities and salary and told me that .net is easy to learn but java is somewhat complex so i got confused please suggest me to go which side and why

c++ $95,000

C# $93,000

Nice! But what if I'm good with Cobol & VB6 or ADA??? Should I pay when I go to a museum or will they pay salary for me :)

If you're good with cobol you should definitely get paid - there is always maintenance work that needs doing ... and it's usually rather well paid.

Form The Above Links mentioned i came to notice that both languages are good but by learning Java you can go in any field. with .Net you have to stick with Microsoft.There is no that much difference in salaries.So finally learning .Net in this trend is Good because Microsoft offering so many jobs and other companies also. In .net drag & Drop feature made programmers to save their time and can bring out innovative ideas. In Java You have write code for everything.
