Help on Creating Web Pages

Hello please i am trying to make a car website.I am learning visual basic and i want to give myself this challenge to see how far i have learnt. My problem now is that i don't know if i should make a page and fill it dynamically from a database according to what the user selects. For example a user wants to view a car made by Toyota, he clicks on Toyota and the data is loaded from the database into that page. I am kind of confuse i don't know if i should create pages for each individual car or just load the data from a database. Any help here will be highly appreciated and i will also appreciate a link where i can read more on what i want to do. Thanks you guys are always the best.
