ToDoList 6.08 requires MSXML. How to install?

Hello,

I tried ToDoList for a few days. It is a nice programm. All over a sudden there is a message telling me that MSXML 3 is necessary to run the programm. It was running the days before! I downloaded version 4 SP 2, but it still will not work. What can I do?
