I have designed a HTML mail message in C# ASP .NET webpage. Once the mail is triggered to the "To" recipient, I wanted a <a> link option to be present in the mail (HTML output) so that by clicking the <a> link, a reply mail should be triggered automatically to the "From" address.

Kindly help me out. Is there a possibility of doing this?
If so, then will it be possible to add some text in the reply mail as well?

Which mail client does your end users use? Will they use web mail (yahoo/gmail/Hotmail) or will they be using Microsoft Outlook or outlook express?

MS Outlook is the client.
Is there a possibility of using javascript in the HTML output page, so that I can raise the "Ctrl+R" and "Ctrl+Enter" event which will send a reply mail automatically.

If your mail client is Microsoft Outlook you can use "mailto". In mailto link you can specify the recipient address, subject.
Please go through the following links:
