How to implement property page on DirectShow source filter ?

I've tried to implement the property page on my DirectShow source filter, and tried below instruction by Microsoft.
Creating a Filter Property Page (Windows)[^]

The build on VC++ succeeded and my filter runs on host programs, but property pages do not work.
Can anyone give me a working sample on VC ?
