I created an app using VS2013 and also installs Crystal Runtime on my Windows 10 developer pc.

I tried to run the app and install the Crystal Runtime on another Windows 10 desktop and it works.

My problem now is when using Windows 7 32bit. The app is working unless you'll print, which uses Crystal Report. I tried to install the Crystal Runtime but it gives me the error
This installation package is not supported by this processor type.

1. Should I download the 32 bit .msi?
2. Is there any registry I must check?
3. Do I need to install other software to support my app since it is created in VS2013 Windows 10?

What I have tried:

I tried to download and install other 32 bit .msi but still the same error when trying to install. Filename I tried to install: CRRuntime_32bit_13_0_24.msi

First, check which processor type the PC contains. Only then can you be sure which version to install.

Yeah, I know Windows 7 will be dead. I'm working in a 24/7 company with a lot of employees. We can't upgrade all PC to Windows 10 at once, but they already need the app I created to make their work efficient. So for now (until I don't know when), I need to make it run to Windows 7.
