Sync data from local mysql server to online mysql server

Hi ,
I am developing a windows based application which is running with local mysql but i want this local mysql database sync with online same databse because iwant to see reporting online , plz any give me suggestion how i can do this
i am creating software in vs 2008

What I have tried:

i tried mysqldump , but i am unable to get path of online server

i allredy sync data offline one databse to another but on same pc
