Arduino Nano v3 code uploading error

Port and board setted correctly, but I got "avrdude: stk500_getsync(): not in sync: resp=0x00"
I got the same error when I disconnected Arduino. Why and how to fix?
Please help, thanks.

Hi there

avrdude: stk500_getsync(): not in sync: resp=0x00

usually happens if the Arduino driver was not installed correctly. Reinstalling the driver should fix your problem.
If not you can get additional help at the Arduino troubleshooting page[^] or in one of the Arduino support forums at http://arduino.cc.
