Resizing icons(minimize/maximize/close) of Excel child window don't work with c# add-in

Hi Gurus,

I have a COM add-in(which is written in c#)that works along with the Excel.
But, when the child window of Excel is minimized, we are not able to restore or close the child window while clicking the child window's restore/maximize/close buttons.
We are not getting which event is getting fired.
Please share me solution if anyone already handled this kind of problem.
