Make inno setup to install multiple updates

I want to know how to script inno setup to install multiple windows updates. I also want to display 2 progress bars(one for current install and other for total progress) I don't want any kind of detection whether the update is already installed. Simply click setup.exe and it should display a dialogue to check the required updates and click install to start installation with the two progress bars and finish.

I have installshield 2010. But i don't have visual studio since it doesn't support Windows XP x64. Any suggestions???

The problem is not creating the apps. I just want to install multiple apps with a single Installer file that shows progress bars.
