where is metro style in my VS 2012 Ultimate

Hi i have bought a visual studio 2012 ultimate [with blned] and there is no RC or RTM end of the name, i tried to find the metro app in C# but i couldnt find, what should i do ????????
and one more question, how can i create app to windows RT [surface rt tablets]
and what i need to do this!

Have you tried following this[^] process? I know the process is for the Release Candidate, but I expect the process will be the same for you in ultimate.

in step 5 i have chosen c# development, not the general, and there is no windows metro style in project !!!!!!!!!
