How to transfer funds in just one click with out moving to paypal site in UI

Hi,

I have an application that transfer money to the customers for their services. When customer click on release funds, money should be debited from my account and credit to customers account. All the process should happen automatically without taking him out from my site. Is it posible doing this using any webservices. PLease helphow i can work this out.
