wpf Media element video playing using FileStream/Memory Stream

It is possible to play a video file using filestream/Memory stream.

i donot want to provide mediaElement.Source to my Local video file path
I want to read this video file to using filestream and memory stream and assing that stream to mediaElement...

any help will sufficent
