Study SSIS . It will get you started

Add connections for Oracle and MySQL and then create a SQL task and connect them.

1 solution

1.Place dataflow task in Control flow area.

2.Place OLEDB source and Destivation in Data flow area.

3.Remember since you're moving the data b/w two different DB types so we need to include Data Conversion data flow transformation (which converts source DB data type destination DB type). b/w source OLEDB and destination OLEDB.
