How to create Crystal report exe in C#

Hi friends....

Can anybody help me to Create Crystal report exe which can accept Crystal report filename at runtime. The folder structure contatins Crystal.exe and .rpt file.....

Suppose if i enter Crystal pktest.rpt in command prompt it has to display that particular Cystal report file.
Please refer following snapshots for the reference...
