yea it works but I have to set the tooltip as y axis value .. How to do that?

Are you not able to use the following properties for tooltip?

C#

myMSChart.Series["SeriesName"].LabelToolTip

OR

C#

myMSChart.Series["SeriesName"].ToolTip
