Please provide more information. What are you trying to do and why? I can't imagine any reason why anyone would want to do what it sounds like your asking, so maybe there is a better way. What have you tried so far? Why didn't that work? What error messages are you getting? Remember that we have NO background on your project so we need to know a lot more before we can give you any advice.

for ex i have records like this : name,email,mark1,mark2,mark3,mark4.i need to show output like this in crystal report

name :xxxx
email :yyyy //name and email are in header

mark1 mark2 mark3 mark4
75 85 90 90 // marks all need to show like grid

based on the name and email id i need marks

This sounds like a typical report. You should research some basic articles about crystal reports. You will want to look into Grouping if you're supposed to show more than one name/email at a time. Put your mark1, mark2, etc. fields in the detail section. If you need to make it look like a grid you can add borders to the text objects when designing your report.
