There is no effective way of "conversion", in fact, because there is no one-to-one correspondence between the haunted VB6 API and .NET. There is a conversion tool, but it does not work well, due to the understandable reasons. If you had VB.NET code, automatic conversion to C# would be possible. You need to write code, not "convert" it.
