hello all here,i'm too weak in maths but have a grate knowledge of making database apps(both desktop & websites),i want to make an animation similar to a rotating wheel,actually i want to implement an electric motors rotatory motion in C# code please help me,Thanks in advance for your valuable advice.

This is pretty easy, but you should start from tagging the UI library or application type you want to use -- it could be nearly anything.
