Convert a JRXML file to RDLC format

Can someone please confirm if is possible to convert a jrxml file to a rdlc format.

Although they are xml formats , will it be possible to do a 100%conversion.

Anyone has inputs on this , please share.

P.S. I have started coding for the tool , but wanted to check with the experts first , if it is worth it. Or , if there is a workaround
