ssis package creation through excel file insert record in different tables read full requirement.

I had a requirement like, I have Excel file with 10,000 records, I need to load this file to the Sql server tables for each 1000 records into 10 different tables those tables are having relation between each other(primary & foreign key relation) how i create ssis package for this requirement.
