creaet set up file in asp.net

hi i have running website. i need to make link for my new module.

this module is an app , when user click on this link the set up file for this module should be generated that i know, but if user was on tablet and he click on this link than how asp.net know that the its running on system or tablet.

question is how i make set up file for tablet too
