Why did you post an 'answer' ? Your reply SEEMS to be asking how other programs work with firewalls. They negotiate them, and either find some way to detect their settings, or require you to set them. The OP is right, you cannot 'bypass' a firewall. You can mark an app as being approved by a firewall, but you can't just magically make the app invisible to a firewall.

You cannot "bypass" the firewall. The firewall exists to block unwanted traffic, if or not anyone likes it.

If you need your application to work with the firewall still in place, you need to configure the firewall to allow your application to send and/or receive data on such specific ports (2324 in your case) that your application may use.

Take a look at the Netsh Command[^], which may be of use to you. You'll need to run in elevated mode (with administrative privileges) to run this command.
