Digital Signature in Share Point 2010

Hi all

Please let me know the process of adding digital signature while approving a document in a document library in sharepoint 2010.

The other option is we can prompt the user to enter his password while approving the document, but I am unaware of the process. Can u let me know the exact procedure or any other options.
