onrowcommand event not firing in usercontrol

Hai friends,

I m created a simple dotnetnuke application and creating a simple module.
In my module i have view.ascx control consists of Insert part(has done in Insert.ascx) and Edit part(has done in Edit.ascx).

Once i select a particular menu im going for Insert.ascx(just making visible true/false) on click of save am showing all data in gridview ie, in Edit.ascx. upto this everything fine.

Now on click of Edit button inside Gridview, onrowcommand event is not firing and on selecting checkboxs inside gridview and i trying to delete delete_click event is firing but not getting the selected checkbox id's...
