Avik..question is not well framed..frame it right.how can web application keeps running even after browser close..Are u speaking about local host..then probably u r saying that wen u r debugging the proj in local even after closing the browser it is not closing.

Probably u are using browser other than internet explorer..therefore it is not stopping the debug rite..
