Setup issue from local drive

Hi,

I am facing an issue of appearance of "Compatibility Assistant Dialog" when I cancel the setup of my application.

The issue is with Windows7.

I have setup of 32 bit application with application manifest having windows7 as well as windows vista compatibility tags included. When I run setup.exe on windows7 from network drive, everything works fine but if I run same executable from local drive, I get "Compatibility Assistant Dialog" after canceling the setup.

I am not able to guess why this is happening when I run setup.exe from local...??

Please HELP...!!!
