How can i make vhd or vdi from java,c ?

I want to make virtual file like vdi, vhd, etc to load operating system in it. Plz suggest me library in java or c, to how to make virtual file.

Plz don't suggest me the pre-build command like diskpart, etc available in OS to use that and make virtual file system.

yes, but i won't found through programming. I found the pre-build command like diskpart, fdisk, etc.

lots of links in there and further search keywords.

Specification of VHD @MS[^]

A search driectly for a command or so would not bring any usable result.

You have to search for virtual diss, virtual server and such. And from there might be a lib available somewhere.
