I want to write an article about a software product that I used before. The software is not free but has been extremely helpful to me. I should like to share my solution with developers who I know are going through the same issues.

Is it OK to write an article regarding this?

When answering a question please:

If you plan to write an article on a paid product then 'Showcase articles' might be right place. Articles on free or opensource are welcome as a normal article.

If you write a normal article on your paid product, I am afraid it might not be approved.
