Microsoft MODI with non- English languages

Can we use Microsoft Document Imaging MODI with non english characters, such as Gujarati

_MODIDocument.OCR(_MODIParameters .Language , _MODIParameters.WithAutoRotation, _MODIParameters.WithStraightenImage);

I want to scan the image with other language can I do that?
Or Can I convert english to gujarati by any other way?

Please help me thanx in advance.
