Need to display pop up window like Forums window

Can anyone say about how to display information window when mouse over the user name in forum and when mouse out the name I need to remove that window.

I need popup window like this site please see this link and give some idea (http://forums.adobe.com/thread/837590[^]) Thanks in advance

I have tried to that code but i got one normal popup window.When you mouse over that user image(Link)that will show one pop up window...I need like that...
