Paypal Transaction from ASP.NET

Hello Everybody,
I am new to Paypal. I want to create a page which sends the receiver information to the PayPal site and perform the transfer.then the transfer id has to be returned to the page, and stored in the database.

How it can be done.
I tried many solutions by other users in the site. But i could not make it.
Can any one please help me out to solve this problem.
