Private IP, webservice publishing problem

Hello i am using IIS to publish a webpage on my private network
to test my asmx service..
I have a problem accessing a webpage from another computer :
what a did is for example : my internal IP, 192.168.0.104/mypage.aspx
the page never opens.. 404 The webpage cannot be found.
I turned off my firewall also..
what is the absolut way to go on my private network and run my service ?

You need to check that you published the webservice correctly on the IIS, you might have the Site down (if you are using DefaultWebSite check if it's up), also check the application pool its running on, it might be off, to blame the firewall or something related to network first check if the application is running on your server and that you can access it locally, if its ok then check your ports on the server and the firewall for so.
